Careers with Woven

meaningful work, on your terms

Three women smiling, posing together indoors. The woman in front is seated and making a peace sign, wearing a striped shirt and a denim jacket. The other two women are standing behind her, one on the left with curly hair in a sweater, and one on the right with short hair in a button-up shirt.

At Woven, we believe good therapy starts with clinicians who feel supported, respected, and resourced — not rushed, overbooked, or operating in isolation.

We’re a growing group practice offering individual, couples, and group therapy for adults who want deeper connection, more emotional flexibility, and a more wholehearted life. Our work is grounded in relational, trauma-informed, and experiential approaches.

We’re building something intentional: a practice where clinicians can grow, stay curious, and actually enjoy the work they do.

Woven is a collaborative, values-driven therapy practice. We care deeply about:

  • Thoughtful, ethical clinical work and operations

  • Ongoing learning and consultation

  • Relationships — with clients and with each other

We’re less interested in productivity metrics and more interested in:

  • Are you doing good work?

  • Do you feel supported?

  • Are you growing as a clinician and as a person?
