Holiday Grief Circle

The holidays have a way of turning up the volume on grief.

Woven Therapy is offering a two-session Holiday Grief Circle this November—a small, facilitated space to connect with others who are carrying loss into the holiday season.

Together, we'll make space for grief, talk about how it's showing up in our bodies and daily lives, explore what helps when grief feels especially present, and prepare for the predictable and unpredictable moments the holidays can bring.

Sometimes it's the empty chair. Sometimes it's a familiar recipe, a song, a tradition, or a family gathering that suddenly feels different. Sometimes you're laughing and then, out of nowhere, you're crying in the grocery store. And sometimes you're just exhausted from trying to figure out how you're “supposed” to feel.

If you're grieving someone you love, you don't have to navigate all of that alone.

If the holidays are bringing up more grief than you expected, we'd love to have you join us.

Day One: Making Space

We'll explore where you are in your grief, how grief is showing up, and the practices that help you care for yourself—both proactively and in the moments when you need support right now.

Day Two: Making Room

We'll look ahead to the holiday season, identify expectations and difficult moments, and explore meaningful rituals for carrying your loved one's memory into the season.

This is not about “moving on,” finding the silver lining, or doing grief correctly.

It's about having a place where you can be honest about what this season is actually like.
